Oron and I are brothers of the same organization from college, so when he called me to let me know that he wanted me to be his wedding photographer, I was honored because it is always a blessing to be part of my friends special days. With their fast approaching wedding date, I was not sure I was going to have a chance to shoot their engagement pictures. The plan was to fly to D.C. to capture their love story, but as all photographers know, plans are made to be changed. April was an incredibly business month for me. I was blessed to shoot two destination weddings, three local weddings and a million graduation sessions (at least it felt like a million) so I really didn't have room in my schedule to fly DC that month. Luckily, Oron and I are friends on Facebook so when he caught wind that I would be in Tallahassee, FL the weekend that he would be in Jacksonville, FL he and Yvette decided they would catch me there and I'm super excited that they did. At first I was not too thrilled about shooting their session on FSU's campus, but once I found out that that is where they first met and where their love story started I decided to make the most of it. I'm super excited to capture their wedding in St. Augustine, FL in a couple months.
